We are looking for a Senior Financial Controller to strengthen our finance team. Our team covers a wide range of functions, including payroll, payments, treasury, accounting, and fiscal, and we are looking to bring more experience to the team.

What will be your day to day:

  • Managing all finance and accounting operations
  • Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements
  • Manage all accounting operations
  • Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
  • Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
  • Research technical accounting issues for compliance
  • Support month-end and year-end close process
  • Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
  • You will be reporting to the COO and will work closely with the other finance functions


  • B.S. in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or similar
  • 6+ years experience as an accountant or auditor at a Big Four
  • Fiscal knowledge, understanding of Transfer Pricing Agreements implementation is a plus
  • Ability to deal with Portuguese, UK, USA accounting rules and regulations from an accounting and fiscal perspective
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge, of which experience with Excel is mandatory
  • You will be working in an international environment, so a high level of spoken and written English is required
  • You’re meticulous with detail, you’re a great problem solver, you manage time like a true leader, you’re super organized, and you’re a great communicator
