We are looking for an Employee Community Manager to join our People Team and help scale our hybrid working culture, striving for excellence when it comes to employee experience.

What will be your day to day:
- Ensuring the smooth day to day running of our Lisbon hub
- Fostering our remote-first culture and community
- Team building initiatives, including remote community building, on person offsites and trainings
- Project management and support for onboarding, L&D and other People topics
- Oversee and manage Office and HR budgets
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
- Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures by staff members
- Employee recognition
Requirements:
- 2+ years in a Office Management, People Ops or HR role, ideally within a remote or hybrid environment
- Experience in project management, process creations and execution
- Strong attention to detail, extremely organized and able to prioritize tasks
- You are passionate about building communities and finding ways to keep people connected, even in a remote setting
- Ability to form lost lasting relationships with stakeholders and find creative and collaborative solutions
- As you will be working in an international environment, fluency both in written and spoken English and Portuguese is a must
