Product Data Analyst

We are looking for a Product Data Analyst to strengthen our FinOps team. Our team covers a wide range of functions, including payroll, payments, treasury, accounting, and fiscal. We are currently building a very modern infrastructure with AWS, Amazon Redshift, Airbyte, dbt, Airflow, and Tableau, and we are looking to bring more experience to the team.
What will be your day to day:
- You will work closely with Product and Business Operations, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to help monitor feature success to improve the customer experience and net retention.
- You will develop ad-hoc/bespoke pieces of work to answer the bigger picture questions or to track core KPIs that deepen our understanding of our product performance and user behavior
- You will be working on different types of projects, large or small
- You will be building dashboards using Tableau and dbt
- You will analyze and extract relevant information from large, complicated data sets of structured and unstructured data
- You will communicate insights to the teams and senior management, both verbally and written.
Requirements:
- BSC or higher in computer science, engineering, information systems, or another highly quantitative field
- Proven experience in quantitative analysis in different fields
- Experience working with large datasets with technical skills (SQL, Python, R, etc.)
- Expert knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, or similar
- Communication skills in English
- Being an independent, strategic thinker who is excellent at solving problems and can execute against tight deadlines in a fast-paced start-up.
- Having good stakeholder management skills, and you can juggle a long list of requests and manage expectations.
- Having an ambitious mindset.
